This brand-new home has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. We do allow up to 3 dogs for a pet fee. There is a pet run for our furry guests. Perfect for all ages. Come stay and enjoy all that Galt has to offer. $3900 per month with pet fee, if applicable and cleaning fee.
PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
